I missed this before. Great pic, can you give more details about the picture? Tripod or no, shutter length, etc.

@John, Thanks! I did not use a tripod. I rested the camera on the rail you see on the left hand side. I kept my hand on it the whole time as it is NYC. :)
Details: ISO100, f/22, 20 second shutter
